rhino's helps HAITI
News of 1/2/2010
The Munich beverage producer rhino’s energy supports Haiti.
With each can of rhino’s energy drink and rhino’s cranberry sold in Germany in February, 3 cents go towards the initiative “Munich helps”.
Together with the aid organisation „Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF)“, Munich Abendzeitung, Radio 95.5 Charivari and münchen.tv have initiated the project “Munich helps Haiti”. Total proceeds of the rhino’s campaign will flow into this initiative.
rhino’s energy drink is a classic among the rhino’s products. Intensive efforts and a clear focus on large food store chains have positioned the company as a definite number 2 in trade.
rhino’s cranberry, a carbonated fruit juice containing caffeine from the green coffee bean, is the latest product of the Munich beverage producer. This drink based on all natural ingredients supplements the company’s portfolio. Major customers such as REWE Group, metro Group, Shell petrol stations or Kultfabrik are presently placing initial orders. This will fully pay off for the benefit of the aid-campaign.
We reckon with a total of donations amounting to 60,000 Euro.
“This initiative stands for our social responsibility”, says rhino’s CEO Marco Zielinski and adds: “Besides, help has never tasted so good.“
However, the donation-campaign would not be possible without the readiness of rhino’s owner Hans Kilger who is prepared to support the Haitian victims with the earnings of the rhino’s can sales.
